MBL 126 MKII

An icon of acoustic excellence, designed for unadulterated sound, uncompromising precision and timeless elegance.

The MBL 126 MKII combines MBL's renowned 360-degree radial driver technology with powerful and precise bass produced by its push-push woofer configuration. It features the same vertically arranged, spherical tweeters and midrange drivers as the legendary MBL 101, bringing the speed, clarity, and spatial reproduction of MBL's flagship technology to a more compact design. The MKII version features optimized crossovers with high-quality components from Intertechnik, new WBT speaker terminals , and two additional color finishes. Despite its compact dimensions, the 126 MKII impresses with captivating, immersive sound reproduction and effortless elegance. The tweeters and midrange drivers are the heart of every loudspeaker. They reproduce the frequency ranges that are crucial for the emotion in music and the spatial listening experience. The human voice lies within this frequency range, and it offers the greatest localization of the sound source. Developed by MBL and refined to perfection over 45 years, the tweeters and midrange drivers radiate music in a 360-degree radius, unlike conventional loudspeakers which only project in one direction. Just like in a concert hall, the entire room is filled with sound energy, creating a truly impressive spatial listening experience. And this benefits all listeners, not just the lucky one sitting in the so-called sweet spot, the point where the radiation axes of direct-radiating loudspeakers intersect. This also applies to living rooms whose layout would not allow for truly good music reproduction with conventional loudspeakers. MBL radial drivers are therefore true problem solvers. And this is something all loudspeakers from MBL have in common, because the same tweeters and midrange drivers with radial radiator technology are used in all MBL loudspeakers.
