MBL 120 MK2

The MBL 120 MKII combines MBL's renowned 360-degree radial driver technology with powerful and precise bass thanks to its push-push woofer configuration. The result is an exceptionally open, dynamic, and detailed sound. The MKII version features improved crossovers with high-quality Intertechnik components, new WBT speaker terminals, and two additional color options. Designed for rooms up to 35 m², the 120 MKII offers the spatial scale and emotional impact of a significantly larger speaker, in a compact and distinctive design. The tweeters and midrange drivers are the heart of every loudspeaker. They reproduce the frequency ranges that are crucial for the emotion in music and the spatial listening experience. The human voice lies within this frequency range, and it offers the greatest localization of the sound source. Developed by MBL and refined to perfection over 45 years, the tweeters and midrange drivers radiate music in a 360-degree radius, unlike conventional loudspeakers which only project in one direction. Just like in a concert hall, the entire room is filled with sound energy, creating a truly impressive spatial listening experience. And this benefits all listeners, not just the lucky one sitting in the so-called sweet spot, the point where the radiation axes of direct-radiating loudspeakers intersect. This also applies to living rooms whose layout would not allow for truly good music reproduction with conventional loudspeakers. MBL radial drivers are therefore true problem solvers. And this is something all loudspeakers from MBL have in common, because the same tweeters and midrange drivers with radial radiator technology are used in all MBL loudspeakers.
